Young Adult Program

This program is designed to assist young adults, ages 15 – 26, as they make the difficult transition from childhood to adulthood. The program provides a combination of therapy and skills building, with a healthy amount of fun, to help young adults living with mental illness. Through individual and group treatment, participants focus on five basic areas of competence including symptom management, social skills and peer relationships, recreational and leisure activities, daily living skills and vocational and career planning.
