New Year’s Resolutions for Better Mental Health

When the New Year rolls around, most of us take stock of the past year and think about ways to improve ourselves.  Those thoughts often gravitate toward our physical health: losing weight, getting more exercise, eating a more healthful diet.  These are all good goals to consider, but what about our mental health?  Our mental health is central and key to every part of our lives, including how well we feel physically.
