IT & Data Support Specialist

We are looking for a full-time IT & Data Support Specialist to join our Information & Technology Services Team! This position provides IT support to users of technology resources and provides data entry and information processing support for Greater Nashua Mental Health (GNMH).

Responsibilities include supporting users with technical resources, completing tasks for agency projects, learning clinical and support team workflows, entering required data into various systems and providing “above and beyond” customer service.

Job qualifications include: college-level work or specialized IT training from an accredited university, at least one year of experience in a help desk or customer supportive role and a basic understanding of and interest in expanding proficiency in Windows OS and various Microsoft/desktop applications, user support, troubleshooting, security, and electronic medical records (EHR/EMR). The ideal candidate is detail oriented, willing to take initiative, has a high degree of resourcefulness / problem solving ability and is an excellent communicator.
