Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a fulltime Network and Systems Administrator to join our Information & Technology Services Team! This position will be responsible for providing system administration, support, upgrades and maintenance for our community mental health center’s computer network. This includes both local and remote technology resources.

Additional responsibilities and duties include: full life-cycle management of all agency software and hardware, system and application software setup, systems and network documentation, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN performance, act as network and systems project lead, user access management and support, monitor and maintain security, identify and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Job qualifications include: Familiarity with hardware (user and network devices), operating systems (Windows OS (e.g. Windows 10, and 2012 server) and Mac OS/iOS), applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite,365, and Sharepoint), and networks. Physically able to comfortably move and setup computer equipment. Strong technical problem solving, documentation maintenance and personal interaction skills.
